How does booking through Flavourez Connect work?

You're looking for an act that truly fits your event, in terms of vibe, audience, and timing. We'll match you with the right artist and handle all booking arrangements.

You make one request. You get one invoice. We handle the rest.

Arranged in 6 steps

1) Submit your request

Fill out the request form with the most important information. We keep it simple and guide you step-by-step through what we need.

2) We'll match you with the right artist

• Already have an artist in mind? We'll check their availability directly.
• Still exploring? We'll propose one or more suitable options.

3) We'll check the date and secure an option (where possible)

We'll check availability and can temporarily reserve the date for you while you coordinate internally. This prevents the date from suddenly becoming unavailable.

4) Choose a package or opt for a custom solution

You choose what suits you:

• Standard package: clear, fixed price, quickly arranged
• Custom solution: extra acts, longer set, host, technical support, travel, special requests, etc.

We always clearly state what's included (and what any extras are).

5) Agreed? Then your booking is confirmed

Upon agreement, you'll receive from us:

• a clear confirmation/agreement
• one invoice (everything through Flavourez Connect)

From that moment on, we'll set everything in motion and your booking is secured.

6) We'll handle the practical coordination

We'll coordinate the details to ensure everything runs smoothly: timings, setup, technical requirements, on-site contact person, and last-minute checks. You don't have to chase everyone, we'll maintain the overview.

What do we need from you? (brief & clear)

To make the right match immediately:

• Location + venue type
• Date + desired times (show / setup / soundcheck)
• Number of guests + type of event
• Desired vibe (camp, classy, high-energy, hosted, surprise, etc.)
• Technical equipment available? (sound/light) or does this need to be arranged
• Budget indication (can be approximate)

Payment (clear and flexible)

We work with clear payment agreements as standard, so everything runs smoothly and professionally.

• Usually: one-time payment via a single invoice.
• For larger bookings or corporate projects, payment in installments may be possible (e.g., a portion upon confirmation and the remainder before the show).

Important: the booking is final once the agreement is confirmed and the agreed payment has been made. This way, everyone knows where they stand.
